چکیده | ||
محیط عملیاتی نظامی فعلی به شدت پیچیده شده و این پیچیدگی سبب ایجاد محیطهای پیش-بینیناپذیر و مبهم گشته است؛ لذا به آمادگی شناختی نیاز است که بتوان در چنین شرایطی عملکرد مطلوبی داشت و این امکان را فراهم کند که افراد یادگیریهای قبلی را به موقعیتهای جدید انتقال دهند اما نظرات مختلفی در مورد آمادگی شناختی وجود دارد و بسته آموزشی متناسب با نظامیان ایرانی موجود نیست؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل آمادگی شناختی برای نظامیان و طراحی بسته آموزشی بومیسازی شده است. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی با روش فراترکیب میباشد. جامعه آماری تمامی پژوهشهای منتشره طی سالهای 2000 تا 2023 بود که با مقیاس مهارتهای ارزیابی انتقادی در نهایت 39 پژوهش انتخاب گردید. برای تحلیل مقالات، تمامی مفاهیم مرتبط با آمادگی شناختی کدگذاری شد و با فراترکیب آن سه مقوله اصلی (دانش، مهارت و صفت) و 7 مؤلفه فراشناخت، خلاقیت، تجربه و دانش، آگاهی موقعیتی، تابآوری، انعطافپذیری و سازگاری، حل مسئله و تصمیمگیری به دست آمد. در نهایت محتوای بسته آموزشی بومی شده توسط 15 صاحبنظر در علوم شناختی و روانشناسی نظامی ارزیابی شد. ضریب نسبی روایی محتوا و شاخص روایی محتوا نشان داد مدل آمادگی شناختی طراحی شده برای نظامیان از روایی لازم برخوردار بوده و میتوان برای آنها به کار رود. | ||
